and dignitaries who are in attendance for this evening's dinner hosted by the FilNet
Information Technology Society.
I would like to acknowledge your society's dedication to providing a forum for
the exchange of ideas and information, as well as providing a useful resource in the area
of information and technology, for the Filipino-Canadian community.
With it's dynamic growth and broad spectrum of applications, the high-technology
industry is fast becoming an important part of the new B.C. economy. Your work to provide
support and assistance to technology students and professionals is commendable.
